This is a two-week certification course designed for credible, high performing managers who will learn how to teach the Job Relations basic training course in-house. Participants will learn how to effectively deliver the 10-hour Job Relations course to Supervisors. Those attending will understand the principles that comprise the Job Relations philosophy and be able to prepare and teach all aspects of the course as well as model the philosophy in their everyday work.
