A two-week certification course designed for “high-potential” Managers and Supervisors who are responsible for leading the training efforts of the Team, Group, Department, or Organization. This course prepares the participant to effectively teach the 15-hour Work Instruction course. The participants will prepare and give demonstrations, model the Four-Step Method of Instruction, complete job analyses and breakdowns, complete Training Timetables, and review and “teach-back” the Work Instruction training course.
