This
course provides an understanding of the role and responsibility
of the supervisor. It identifies behavior and competencies
the leader needs for dealing constructively with people
problems in daily worksite management. Job Relations focuses
on establishing good relationships with people and creating
the type of environment where employees are motivated to
contribute to their fullest. Course topics include: the
Five Necessary Conditions of a Supervisor, Foundations of
Good Relations, Introduction of the Four-Step Problem Solving
Approach, and Recognizing Problems at the Worksite.
