This course is designed to build communication skills for effective dialogue. Participants will learn the critical skills of talking, listening, and interacting in order to solve problems and build relationships. Simply put, participants learn to “Put the fish on the table”, even when the stakes are high and emotions run deep. Course topics include: The Importance of Building Shared Understanding, the Cycle of Human Bonding, Assertive Behaviors, Dialogue Skills, How to Dialogue, Defensive Routines.
