WHO WE ARE
Joyce E. Crouch and Sharon L. Busse, the founders and principals
of Dynamic Links International, LLC, have experience in the Toyota
Production System, leadership development, training, human resources,
and organizational development. Each brings to the workplace knowledge
and practical applications gleaned from years in various settings
including manufacturing, business, and education.
Trained by Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan) master trainers, together
Joyce and Sharon worked over 22 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing,
Kentucky (TMMK), where they lived with the Toyota Production System.
They have continued to work with and implement TPS principles
since their years at TMMK and have over 37 years of experience
in Continuous Improvement and The Toyota Way. Both Joyce and Sharon
have proven track records in implementing foundations for Lean
and TPS cultures at manufacturing, distribution and corporate
facilities, including non-Toyota environments. They design Lean
Business System curricula, train senior leaders, managers, and
employees in global companies and at international business schools.
Joyce and Sharon are associated with Dr. George Kohlrieser, international
leadership professor, consultant, author and veteran hostage negotiator.
They are also professional coaches at the International Institute
of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, for
the High Performance Leadership Program, an advanced executive
development program for senior executives. They are also teaching
at the Said Business School, Oxford University, Oxford, England,
in their Leadership Challenge Program. Dynamic Links International

Creative
and Interactive
We realize people dont enjoy talking heads or
death by PowerPoint. We also know that people dont
learn when they are bored or detached. Therefore, we ensure our
training sessions are lively and interactive. Dynamic Links International
utilizes creative methods of learning, including focused activities,
film clips and group interaction.
We enjoy working with people and we are experienced trainers who
work hard to create a safe, confidential learning environment.
Personally
this was one of the most powerful events I have ever experienced.
